Virgin Media spent a whopping €3million on its Vogue Williams-hosted talent show The Big Deal, but viewing figures have plummeted.
The show features hopefuls performing their talent in front of a star-studded panel of judges in a bid to win a €50,000 prize.
Judges include Jedward, Boy George, Deirdre O’Kane and former JLS popstar Aston Merrygold, and singer Lyra. The Big Deal was first broadcast on Virgin Media One on Saturday, September 4.
That episode brought in 177,900 TV viewers, while its total viewership amounted to 244,700, which included on-demand viewers and clicks on the Virgin Media player.
