A number of unvaccinated people on holiday in Spain are having difficulty flying home due to travel rules. Several holidaymakers from Ireland who have tested positive for coronavirus are facing problems in showing proof of a negative test or a certificate showing they have recovered from the virus, according to the Irish Mirror.

Spain 's health system means it can be a challenge to access a negative test in order to fly home. Entry to Spain is permitted if tourists can show they are vaccinated against Covid-19, have recovered from the virus or have a negative test.
