Weather maps turned an icy blue as the mercury dropped to -3C on Saturday morning.The only area forecast above freezing was London at 2C as a Scandinavian weather front sets in, the Express reports.The freezing conditions now look set to last well into next week, with snow forecast across parts of Scotland and north England.The maps by Netweather showed temperatures were set to range from -3C to 2C across the UK on Saturday morning.One chart predicted northern Scotland has a 100 percent snow risk at 6am on Thursday March 11.By 9am the risk has moved further south, with parts of northern England and Wales showing a moderate risk of snow.BBC Weather forecaster Stav Danaos said: “To end this week, and push into the weekend it will stay settled.
