Tyson Fury has finally fulfilled a promise he made nine years - ahead of his ill-fated bout with David Haye.Haye told Fury: "He's claimed he's the best ever, and the best that there will ever be, now that's a bold statement.

If you look at his past performances I'd have to question that statement, but he's got a chance to shut me up."And he's got an opportunity to prove to you that he's the best on the planet.

I'm happy to give him that opportunity and also, you know, a nice payday; up until this point, he hasn't worked at this level, and I believe this will be his last shot at the big time."Their bout never materialised as eight days before the fight Haye suffered a cut above his left eye.The injury required six stitches, and it forced a 'gutted' Haye to withdraw from the bout.

A new date was set for 2014, but after shoulder surgery, Haye was forced to pull out of the bout again.By the time Haye had recovered from surgery Fury was world champion - having dethroned Wladimir Klitschko, but he suffer from his own mental health. Is Fury the greatest boxer ever?
