Covid-19 at a Devon care home is believed to be responsible for nine deaths in a month.Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed they arrested a 57-year-old woman from Sidmouth and a 30-year-old man from Exeter on suspicion of wilful neglect under the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015.The outbreak occurred at Holmesley Care Home in Sidford, Devon, which has seen multiple deaths since February 25, all of which are thought to be Covid related.The force said a "significant number" of residents and staff had tested positive for Covid-19, including all the deceased residents.Both of the individual arrested are said to be members of staff at the care home, reports the Press Association.Want all the latest shocking news and views from all over the.
