Two more people have died in Greater Manchester's hospitals after testing positive for coronavirus. The latest NHS figures bring the region's coronavirus hospital death toll to 5,881.

One further death was recorded by Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The trust's figures include those of North Manchester General, the Royal Oldham, Rochdale Infirmary and Fairfield General.

One more death was recorded by Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. The total number of coronavirus-related deaths at hospital trusts in Greater Manchester, as of Tuesday, April 27, are: Bolton NHS Foundation Trust - 647 Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust - 9 Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust - 1,182 NHS Nightingale Hospital North West - 6 Pennine
