It comes after the foreign correspondent and his guide vanished earlier this month, with reports of them last being seen on June 5 in the Sao Rafael community.Fisherman Amarildo da Costa, known as Pelado, and his brother Oseney da Costa, nicknamed Dos Santos confessed on Wednesday ( June 15), according to Band News.
It has been reported that Oseney was taken into custody on Tuesday, while his brother was arrested on weapons charges last week.
