Two men and a 15-year-old boy have been charged following alleged distraction thefts in Manchester city centre. They were arrested in connection with multiple alleged incidents on May 15, police said.
Mohammed Hilal, 19, of Tollgate Close, Ardwick, Manchester, has been charged with theft. Bassan Al-Dhufairi, 19, of Heston Avenue, Rusholme, Manchester, has also been charged with theft.
