Naga Munchetty revealed she was told to "be mindful" about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle "not distracting" from the Platinum Jubilee.
The BBC star hosted BBC Breakfast live from Buckingham Palace on Thursday (June 2), where she spoke to the BBC's royal correspondent Daniela Relph about the Queen's Jubilee celebrations.Naga asked the royal pundit about Harry and Meghan attending the Queen's special event, which marks 70 years of Her Majesty's service on the throne.
Daniela confirmed to viewers that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will appear at the Jubilee, will be staying at Windsor Palace, and will attend the Trooping the Colour ceremony on Thursday.However, she admitted to Naga that the Harry and Meghan situation has been "tricky to navigate" ahead of the huge royal event.Trooping the Colour is a historic British ceremony which sees regiments of the British Army march for the Queen, who is honoured with salutes, music and a Royal Air Force flypast.Talking about Harry and Meghan Naga said: "I think it's established that they will be here.
