The family of a man found dead near a Loch in the Highlands have paid tribute to him. Gordon Buchan vanished from a Co-Op in Broadford, Skye and Lochalsh, at around 6.30pm on Sunday, March 1.
Detectives had been frantically searching for the 56-year-old in a desperate bid to bring him home safely. Investigators revisited the site where a car was discovered a week after his disappearance in a bid to jog people ’s memories.
Police confirmed that a body found on the shoreline of Loch Kishorn on March 14 had been identified as Gordon.Devastated friends and family took to social media to pay tribute to the 'lovely man' who 'was so kind and genuine'.Leading the tributes was Gordon's nephew Connor Buchan.In a public Facebook post Connor wrote:
