'Coronation Street' stars have paid tribute to Mark Eden following his death on Friday (01. 01. 21). The 92-year-old actor - who played villain Alan Bradley on the ITV soap from 1986 to 1989 and was married to co-star Sue Nicholls, 77 - passed away following a battle with Alzheimer's.
Sally Dynevor, who plays Sally Metcalfe, posted a tribute to Eden on Instagram Stories, writing: "Mark Eden, a beautiful man and brilliant actor.
RIP. " Sally Ann Matthews, who played his on-screen daughter, wrote: "I loved this man so much. Thank you for being the most wonderful TV dad, teacher and friend.
