The footage was captured by an officer riding an unmarked bike in Eryri, Snowdonia, on Sunday, June 13. The 55 second video shows two passengers climbing out of the windows of a silver Volkswagen as it drives through several bends in order to take pictures with their phones.
The footage shows the car weaving through the picturesque Welsh valleys, with the two passengers raising their torsos out of the car windows and holding aloft their phones, waving their arms.
