And it led to Spence's sister hitting out at Conte on social media.On her Instagram story, she captioned a post of Tottenham's loss saying "Could've been different" with a shoulder-shrugging emoji and a black moon face emoji.It came after Spence was left sat on the bench despite Emerson's red card against Arsenal.
