The total number of coronavirus cases in the UK has increased by 54 to 373 since Monday. It comes after the death of a sixth patient with coronavirus was confirmed by the NHS.
The latest update from the Department for Health and Social Care says over 26,000 people have now been tested for the virus.
It reads: "As of 9am on 10 March 2020, 26,261 people have been tested in the UK, of which 25,888 were confirmed negative and 373 were confirmed as positive.
Six patients who tested positive for COVID-19 have died." A spokesperson for the West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust said the man who died was in his 80s and was being treated at Watford General Hospital.
