Arsenal legend, he's just busted some moves on Strictly Come Dancing in a routine themed around the Gunners.The former Arsenal captain is a surprise inclusion on the popular dancing show this year, but fans have noticed that his moves on the dance floor have been used in a training session before.
The 55-year-old went viral for his moves in a training session while he was managing Spanish side Granada back in 2017.Adams found the language barrier tough in Spain, and was often seen improvising to get his points across.

The initial video that went viral in 2017 was posted early into his reign as boss of Granada.The former Wycombe and Portsmouth manager moved his hands backwards and forwards and side to side in the clip before doing some over-exuberant shuttle runs, finishing up with further strange arm movements.
