Arsenal didn't need to sign Martin Odegaard, Nicolas Pepe or Willian according to former Gunner Tony Adams. The trio have been signed over the past two seasons, the former of them on loan with the other two arriving on permanent deals.
Pepe was signed for a club record £72m while Willian has been handed a lucrative three-year deal. Neither have yet delivered and Adams was "annoyed" by their arrivals as it hampers the development of Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe.
