A deal that would see Jake Paul and Tommy Fury go head-to-head is "close", according to boxing promoter Frank Warren. The two reality personalties have been aiming barbs at one another for a while, prompting an increase in speculation over a possible showdown.
Paul recently beat MMA fighter Tyron Woodley in a split decision bout, giving him an early professional boxing record of four wins from as many fights.
Following his most recent win, Paul made it clear he would be keen to throw down with Fury and it would appear a date is close to being finalised. "At the moment we're working through the terms, we're quite close and I'm hoping we can get it over the line," said Warren. "It's a great fight for Tommy.
