Frank Warren has played down concerns that Tommy Fury could miss his hotly-anticipated fight with Jake Paul through illness.
Fury, 22, is currently in training for his eight-round bout with American internet personality Paul in Tampa, Florida on December 18.
The Manchester-born fighter has been working with his half-brother and world heavyweight champion Tyson in the build-up for the pay-per-view clash.
