Joe Exotic has claimed he's been forced to wear the same prison clothes for seven months. The Tiger King star's friend Eric Love, who is part of his legal team, has said Exotic has been left without a replacement uniform or shoes since he was incarcerated at FMC Fort Worth Prison.

He was given new clothes after Love issued a grievance against authorities, detailing many issues including a fear he would not survive behind bars, the Daily Star reports.

Exotic, who shot to fame after starring in the Netflix series about him, is serving 22 years for plotting to kill zoo rival Carole Baskin.

The Texas Bureau Of Prison launched an investigation into Exotic's care at the prison, after Love claimed he feared for his life, it's reported.
