Thug knocked out girl, 15, before chasing her mum 'down the street with knife'

A thug knocked out a 15-year-old girl before threatening to stab her mum in a crazed attack. Michael Greenall, 26, attacked the victim as she walked a friend home in St Helens, Merseyside, around 10.15pm on December 13, 2018.

He came out of a home on Kitchener Street and asked: “Who's been knocking on my mum's house?" Greenall then punched the 15-year-old girl in the face, leaving her with a broken nose and chipped tooth.

Her mum rushed to the scene and found the teen, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, covered in blood and lying on the pavement.
