Barrhead has left three people seriously injured in hospital. Emergency services were called to the scene on the A736 Glasgow Road, just south of the junction with Hurlet Road, at around 11am on Monday, June 14.
A 60-year-old woman, who was walking in the area, and 33-year-old driver have been rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
A 54-year-old man, who was behind the wheel of the second motor, was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.The road was closed while a full accident investigation was carried out and now detectives are appealing for witnesses to come forward.They are particularly keen to speak with anyone who may have footage of a white Vauxhall that was in the area at the time.The Daily.
