Live music is slowly returning to our shores with the first pilot festival taking place at the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on Saturday.
Thousands of people flocked to listen to Denise Chaila and Gavin James, among others, perform live in front of an audience for the first time since early 2020.
3,500 music lovers were allowed to attend the event after getting a negative rapid antigen test. They watched the performers from their pods of six across the expansive grounds.
Over the course of eight hours, Irish artists such as Gavin James, Denise Chaila, Wild Youth, Sharon Shannon, Lyra, and Wyvern Lingo all played full sets to the buzzing crowd.
