Thomas Tuchel has insisted he will provide the perfect environment for young players to flourish at Chelsea, providing they show the "hunger" to succeed.
The Blues' new boss opted for experience over youth in his first match in charge against Wolves on Wednesday, dropping Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham and Reece James to the bench from the team that played Leicester.
