Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea debut is in the books, but he was forced to settle for a frustrating goalless draw against Wolves at Stamford Bridge.
Tuchel, 47, replaced Frank Lampard on Tuesday afternoon, took his first training session in the early evening and had his first game on Wednesday, in a whirlwind first 36 hours as Blues boss.
But his arrival on the touchline couldn't inspire London club to victory, as they failed to break down a resilient and well organised Wolves defence.
Despite dominating possession and territory throughout, Chelsea were forced to settle for a share of the spoils. The result extends their paltry league return to just two wins in their last nine matches.
