Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has revealed he is unaware of whether there are ongoing talks to extend Tammy Abraham's contract and insisted that he does not want to be involved in contract situations.
Abraham has just over two years left on his current deal but negotiations about an extension have reportedly been ongoing for over a year.
The Blues activated an option to extend his deal by another year last season and when asked about the situation ahead of Chelsea's game against Newcastle, Tuchel said: "I'm not aware of the contract situations of my players because I don't want to be involved with judging this when I'm making the decisions of who's playing and who's not. "He deserved to play at Barnsley.
