Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

Phillip Schofield for checking his smart watch during a This Morning interview.The former Coronation Street star, 37, appeared on Monday's episode of the ITV programme alongside his fellow The Games stars Christine McGuiness and Colson Smith.While chatting with presenters Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes, Ryan appeared distracted as he checked his smart watch.This was noticed by Phil, who then cheekily scolded the actor and enquired about his pregnant fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh.Phil said: "I just saw you have a look at your watch there. "I'm assuming it's just not a watch so are you looking at messages from home? "How close is Lucy actually to giving birth, mate?"Ryan replied: "Like this week close, Phil."Following the awkward encounter, Ryan then sensationally revealed that he would automatically leave The Games if Lucy was to go into labour or give birth this week.He added: "She sent me a picture this morning and I can't tell you low this baby looks."If this little girl comes this week, I am out of the show."Fingers crossed I get to the end of it and I can finish it and complete it and then move on to the next chapter of our lives."Of Lucy appearing to support him on The Games later in the week, Ryan jokingly added: "[Lucy] is hopefully gonna be here on Friday."If she's here on Friday, it will be great because I'll be here with her."Ryan will appear on The Games this week alongside stars including Olivia Attwood, Max George and Chloe Burrows.Posting to Instagram on Monday morning, the actor shared a sizzling snap of his shredded torso following a 12-week body transformation for the series.This Morning airs from 10am on weekdays on ITV.For more of the latest showbiz news from Daily Star, make sure you sign up to one.
