Dermot nearly fell off his chair laughing after the exchange on Tuesday morning's show as he and Alison welcomed Gok to the studio.
Fashion stylist and chef Gok was perched on the kitchen worktop looking happy as Alison chatted to the star. She said to Gok: "You look incredible, I'm not just saying that".
