THIS is England actor Andrew Shim has dodged a £75,000 drug trafficking fine by pleading poverty. The fallen star, 39, had faced jail in Spain for failing to pay the penalty.

After months of legal wrangling the drug addict had been told he doesn’t have to pay. It is thought he told the court he was living on the breadline.

Shim was caught with 60 kilos of cannabis near Granada in 2020. He got a suspended jail term of three years after eight months on remand.

Last year Shim offered his seized Mercedes van to cover his fine.
