Stephen Thurm, 32, who had suffered with depression and anxiety since adolescence, died at Dunham Forest Golf Club and Country Club in Altrincham on February 5 last year.
His sister Helena, 25, was knocked down and killed as she crossed Manchester Road Altrincham in June 2016 and his mental health was said to have deteriorated significantly since the tragedy.
