The pop singer, 33, was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour last year and has been undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment.

Tom, from Bolton, is now set to appear alongside his bandmates at a star-studded show at London's Royal Albert Hall, organised by Tom.
