THE Undeclared War viewers have slammed the new Channel 4 drama as "dire" - with many switching off just minutes into the first episode.
The new six-part series, created by seven-time Bafta winner Peter Kosminsky, attempts to take a wide-ranging, holistic approach to the 21st-century TV thriller.
The setting is April 2024, when Saara joins Government Communications Headquarters, commonly known as GCHQ, on the very day that Britain comes under cyber attack.
