Her Majesty, who chose the flowers for the funeral wreath, put the note which said "in loving memory" next to the wreath.The signature on the card was tucked out of sight because of the flowers, but it was reported that it was signed using the name Lilibet.
Lilibet is the nickname The Duke Of Edinburgh called his wife and he is thought to be the last person to call her by that name.
