THE One Show host Alex Jones was joined in the studio by her three kids last night as she juggled motherhood with a return to work.

The telly star, 44, cradled her baby daughter Annie while sons Teddy, four, and Kit, two, stood in front of her on the set's familiar green sofa.

Unflappable Alex chatted to Duran Duran frontman Simon Le Bon while looking after her brood. Her crushed velvet suit perfectly matched the singer's navy jacket.

Sharing a picture of the moment on Instagram, Alex wrote: "The juggle. Nice to be @bbctheoneshow for a couple of nights but it’s back to the day job for now, looking after these little ones." One fan commented: "You are amazing, be proud of being a working mum and you are looking so beautiful too...
