One of the most anticipated movies of the year is The Matrix Resurrections, the fourth installment in the iconic sci-fi action series, and today the film's first official trailer has dropped.
Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Ann Moss return as Neo and Trinity, respectively, with Lana Wachowski directing and co-writing the film (Lilly Wachowski, who co-wrote and directed the first three films with her sister Lana, declined to return for the fourth film).
The trailer reveals some new faces too, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Watchmen, Candyman) appears as a very Morpheus-y looking character, and Neil Patrick Harris shows up as Neo's therapist.
