Founded in 2015 on the vibrant streets of Manchester, two brothers set out to 'make a mark' on the UK's culinary scene, and 'make a mark', they did.
With their goal clear in their minds, the brothers created a unique gastronomic experience that would bring something entirely different to the restaurant world, standing out miles above the other eateries in this popular and thriving city.
Having reimagined ancient Chinese cooking concepts through a modern day lens, the restaurant creatively invented tantalising dishes that tempted renowned foodies to come from far and wide to sample the morsels on offer.
Their success would go on to see them open restaurants in other UK cities, all with the same great food, but slightly different décor
