They are among the amenities that will exclusively serve residents of the £300m Viadux tower that is being built above Castlefield Locks.
The ambitious scheme, said to be one of the most complex engineering projects in the country, is being delivered by Salboy, the property firm of billionaire bookie Fred Done.
Planning permission for the 40-storey residential tower and 14-storey office block, designed by SimpsonHaugh, was first granted in 2017.
