A few years ago midwives at the Royal Oldham Hospital created 'dilation pumpkins' - and this Halloween they're going viral all over again - and it's all because of one Tweet.
Dr Lindsey Fitzharris, who is a medical historian at the University of Oxford, shared the photograph to her over 100K followers.
She said: "A few years ago, midwives at the Royal Oldham Hospital in Lancashire created "dilation pumpkins" - and I don't think I've ever seen anything scarier in my life."
