Here is how prices varied between the Big Four supermarkets, including Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco.It has been reported Asda vows to offer the cheapest petrol at supermarket pumps.
Prices for unleaded fuel were lowest in Birmingham at 172.0p, rising to 176.7p in Brighton. As for diesel, the cheapest prices were between 181.7p in Cornwall and 183.7p, also in Brighton.
