The 14-year-old was on her way to school at about 8.30am on June 25 when the incident happened. She was approached by someone who offered her sweets and then tried to grab hold of her. Thankfully, she escaped physically unharmed. The incident happened on a path between Eskdale and Southway near to a wooded area in Skelmersdale.
