Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

Taylor Swift gave her mom a sweet shoutout after winning an accolade at the 2021 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, Tenn. Wednesday.

The singer earned herself the award for best family feature for the re-release of her song "The Best Day" and the subsequent music video, which featured real home movie footage of the 31-year-old Grammy-winner’s childhood.

Although Swift was not present at the awards, she took to Twitter soon after winning to share the video of her name being announced as the winner.
