In her throwback snap, Aleksandra sported a short fringe look with eyeliner and blusher.And in her photo today, the tattoo artist looks completely different with multiple ink on her face.She also has nose, lip and eyebrow piercings, as well as a stud on her septum.Since it was shared over the weekend, it racked up over 4,500 likes and hundreds of comments.
