tattoo fan was left unrecognisable after covering her multiple inkings with makeup in and "out of body" experience that left her fiancé terrified.Joannah Castro, from Las Vegas in Nevada, US, covered up the tattoos on her body to surprise her fiancé and it turned to be a strange experience for her.The 34-year-old has tattoos all over her body – including on her back, arms, chest, palms and legs – and she spent 45 minutes dabbing thick foundation to conceal them all before her partner returned home.Her video, which has amassed a whopping 41 million views, shows her preparation and the big reveal to fiancé Aris Fornasari.Applying the foundation on a makeup sponge, Joannah dabs the product on her chest, covering her red flowers and skull tat."I felt weird, it is so sticky," she said while covering her favourite tattoo on her palms.She then picks up more makeup and moves on to work on her legs.When Aris comes back home, she goes and greets him, showing her ink-free look.

Looking shocked, Aris stalls and exclaims: "Oh!" He looks up and down and can't get a word out while staring at her body."Is it weird?" Joannah asks Aris, who then nods.She told Daily Star that Aris was trying not to choke on the food he was eating. "He demanded that I remove the make up.
