The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office confirmed his death. He had reportedly checked into the hotel room on January 11, and his family had reported him missing on February 10.
Police located him alive at the hotel and closed the case. On Monday (February 15), he was found dead by a housekeeper in the hotel room.
