Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

Susanna Reid has revealed heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury’s top tip to losing weight as he prepares to enter the boxing ring once more on Good Morning Britain.

During Wednesday’s (June 15) instalment of the popular ITV breakfast show, the 51-year-old and her co-star Richard Madeley welcomed viewers back with the latest news headlines.

The dynamic duo opened the show as they discussed Tyson Fury’s vow to return to boxing in the future despite his comfortable £200million retirement plan.

Now the mum-of-three has revealed the Gypsy King’s, 33, secret to losing weight quickly as he prepares to make an epic comeback to the boxing ring.As they opened the news programme, Susanna revealed one of the biggest game changers that helped the dad-of-six drop the pounds was simply removing the milk from his morning coffee."I am so looking forward to Tyson Fury, he is back in training he says he's ready to get back into the ring."I once asked him how to loose weight - we have history me and Tyson - because he did this remarkable thing where he lost a huge amount of weight and got himself back fighting fit. "And I said what was the key and he said, 'Susanna you just have to give up milk in your coffee - you're drinking too much milk in your coffee." As he held up her mug of coffee from the desk, she reassured viewers she had followed his advice all those years ago, adding: "So just to confirm - it's completely black this morning."On Tuesday (June 14), the world heavyweight boxing champion proudly declared he would return to the ring for a price as he warned: "If you want me, it's going to cost." He confirmed to The Sun that he has been training "like a lunatic" as he prepares to come out of retirement.
