Strictly Come Dancing star Shirley Ballas has revealed that she has booked a doctor's appointment after viewers spotted a "lump under her right arm".Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the head judge, 61, posted a video as she explained that she had been inundated with "alarming messages" as she thanked those for reaching out with their "concerns".

Shirley said: "So hi everybody! Last week and the week before, I got some alarming messages about people who said that when I pick my arm up they could see lumps, bumps, nodes or whatever.
