Strictly Come Dancing star John Whaite joked that he has been left "shaken" after eating fish and chips in London.Taking to Instagram, The Great British Bake Off winner, 32, posted a picture of his food, writing: "Fish and chips in London. "Why do so many chippies leave the skin on fish?

Riddle me this. I don’t like it Cathy." John also joked that he was having to have a "chocolate covered marzipan" and "mince pie" to "calm his nerves" as he was "shaken" over the discovery.
