Rachel competed in the sixth series of the ballroom dancing BBC One competition where she was one of the runner's up.Her partnership with with Vincent Simone went down a storm on the floor as the couple went from strength to strength and were a favourite amongst the judges, scoring an average of 35.81 points across the series.The former S Club beauty also had the highest score of the series in 6 styles the dances whilst scoring a perfect score of 40 for two of her routines.

Alongside Rachel Stevens, Lisa also took part in the sixth series of Strictly Come Dancing and was also a runner up for the series.

The former model was partnered up with Brendan Cole and they had the highest score for 5 styles of dance in the competition whilst receiving a perfect score of 40 three times by the judges.Series 10 saw West End legend Denise Van Outen compete for the glitterball trophy whilst partnered up with former Big Brother contestant James Jordan.Although she eventually lost out on the trophy as a runner up, she was arguably the series frontrunner, with her dances being at the top.
