Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left in tears after watching John Whaite and Johannes Radebe become the show’s very first all-male partnership.

Former Great British Bake Off winner John and popular professional dancer Johannes were over the moon to have been paired up, as Johannes surprised John by emerging from a sparkly cake.

Speaking to the show’s host Claudia Winkleman after their VT played about what viewers can expect from them, Johannes said he couldn’t wait to perform the pair’s first dance.
