STRICTLY Come Dancing's Max George has suffered the first injury of the series - being spotted wearing a support brace on his wrist just days before the first live show.

The 32-year-old star looked downcast as he arrived for rehearsals with professional dance partner Dianne Buswell this morning after spraining his wrist at the gym.

Max was dressed casually in a pair of grey tracksuit bottoms, and a T-Shirt under a red plaid shirt, with a bag slung over one shoulder.
