STRICTLY Come Dancing's Adam Peaty has spoken out after his angry mum branded the show a fix. The Olympic swimmer and his pro partner Katya Jones were voted off the BBC One dancing show during Sunday's results show after failing to impress viewers with their Jive routine.
Soon after, Adam's mum Caroline took to Twitter to praise her son, 26, before claiming the show was 'fixed' and she wasn't 'buying' the public vote.
Appearing on today's BBC Breakfast, Adam was asked about her comments by host Charlie Stayt. Adam immediately defended his mum's tweet, telling him: "I agree with you, mums are always going to support their own. "She wanted to see me every Saturday night – you know how mums get, bless her.
